Your package is kept for a period of 9 calendar days from the day it is deposited at the pickup point. You will receive a notification to alert you.
Does my name appear on the package?
Yes, your first and last name are required for pickup. However, neither our shop's name nor the contents appear on the packaging.
Is there an extra cost for pickup point delivery?
No. Delivery fees are identical, or even lower depending on the order. The exact conditions are displayed when you place your order.
Can I change the delivery option after placing my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us quickly via our customer service and we will do our best to modify the option.
