Confort 365 menstrual sponges for intercourse - Pack of 3
The stringless tampon redefines menstrual protection by combining total discretion with comfort of use. Whether you choose a natural sponge or a synthetic foam tampon, the goal remains the same: invisible internal protection that fits your active lifestyle.
The stringless tampon: how does it work?
Unlike a standard tampon, the stringless tampon has no external string. It is inserted manually into the vagina, where it sits naturally against the cervix to absorb menstrual flow at the source. Removal is achieved by pushing slightly with the pelvic muscles and grasping the tampon with your fingers. The learning curve is short: most users are comfortable by the second or third use.
Polyvinyl foam models (such as those from Europharma) offer reliable absorption and a soft texture. Beppy menstrual sponges, available in Dry or Wet (pre-lubricated) versions, are designed for easier insertion. Beppy claims an absorption capacity equivalent to a standard Regular size tampon, about 5 to 6 ml of fluid, while remaining wearable for up to 8 hours.
The different types of stringless tampons
- Synthetic foam tampon: made of polyvinyl, it offers consistent absorption and a non-irritating texture, ideal for medium flow.
- Dry menstrual sponge: a dry version to be inserted as is, for classic protection without added lubricant, suitable for moderate to heavy flow.
- Wet menstrual sponge: pre-lubricated for even more comfortable insertion, particularly recommended for the beginning or end of your cycle when the flow is lighter.
- Value pack: available in boxes of 2, 4, 8, or 30 units, bulk sizes help reduce the cost per use and ensure you always have some on hand.
How to choose your stringless tampon
- Your menstrual flow: opt for a Dry model if your flow is moderate to heavy; the Wet version is better suited for light flow or the end of your cycle.
- Ease of insertion: if you are starting out with this type of protection, the Wet version makes it easier to handle thanks to its lubricated texture.
- Compatibility with intimate life: menstrual sponges are designed to be worn during sexual intercourse, unlike traditional tampons—a real plus for everyday well-being.
- Packaging size: for regular use, boxes of 30 are more economical; the 2 or 4 packs are perfect for testing before committing.
- Materials and certifications: prioritize products free from perfumes or dyes, and check that the foam is dermatologically tested—an important criterion to combine with the use of a suitable intimate cleanser.
